Guarantee:

MPV & associates guarantees candidates for a period of three (3) months in the event that the candidate leaves the client's employment because of unsatisfactory conduct or performance. During this period MPV & associates undertakes to provide a replacement. No fee will be payable in respect of the replacement however advertising deemed necessary and agreed will be applicable to the replacement recruitment project. This guarantee will not apply unless our fees are paid by the due date.
