Search, selection and recruitment :
MPV & associates will commence projects by mutual commitment, undertaking a full brief from the client, agreeing methodology, agreeing timeline and signing terms and conditions prior to commencing the project for any role. Client expectation and understanding along with MPV & associates terms and fees will then be applicable. If a candidate identified or referred by MPV & associates is engaged for any position with the client or any affiliate of the client within twelve months, then the normal fee schedule applies. Variations regarding any of the foregoing are subject to written confirmation by management of MPV & associates beforehand.
